  • Outcome 3: Understand the Lean Canvas in particular the problem statement

Week 2: Ideation and how to identify your EdTech problem to solve

  • Week 2 Slide Deck: Ideation and how to identify your EdTech problem to solve
  • Week 2 Task: The Value Proposition Canvas and Customer Interview
  • Outcome 1: Understand how to filter various opportunities in EdTech
  • Outcome 2: Learn how to build a persona and understand their problems.

Week 3: Customer Development Basics

  • Week 3 Task: Conducting another problem interview plus now also conduct a solution interview with a paper mockup

Week 4: Testing and Prototyping

Week 6: Marketing, Sales and Distribution
